The Assistant Manager – Affiliate Network will be responsible for managing the operational and technical aspects of the affiliate network, ensuring seamless onboarding, tracking, and support for affiliates. This role will also bridge coordination between affiliates, internal teams, and tech support to enhance affiliate experience, drive performance, and ensure system integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Affiliate Signup & Profile Management
Track affiliate signup drives, monitor onboarding funnels, and ensure timely profile verification.
Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on affiliate acquisition metrics and performance.
Manage and resolve app-related complaints and queries raised by affiliates.
Ensure high responsiveness and SLA adherence for support tickets.
- Affiliate Allocation Management
Oversee allocation of affiliates and clients across different regions or agencies.
Ensure optimal match between affiliates and available opportunities to maximize productivity.
- App Management & Tech Support
Support the affiliate application's performance by identifying bugs, reporting issues, and coordinating debugging processes.
Liaise with internal tech teams for application enhancements, version updates, and development requirements.
- System Sync-ups
Act as a bridge between operations and tech for all system-related alignments and updates.
Conduct regular sync-ups to ensure data and process integrity across tools and platforms.
Collaborate with the product team to relay affiliate feedback and contribute to app development initiatives.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and recommend UI/UX improvements.
- Quality Control & Audits
Conduct telephonic audits for agency-affiliate interactions to ensure compliance with communication standards and quality benchmarks.
Recommend training and policy adjustments based on audit insights.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, client management, or app support roles
- Experience working with digital platforms and B2B affiliate ecosystems is preferred
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of partner/channel sales models and client service dynamics.
Skills
- Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and presentation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
