About the roleAs a Business Value Architect, you will spearhead data-driven business transformation at Reckitt. You will collaborate with IT&D Product Managers, Business Product Owners, and Process Owners at all levels to help them achieve strategic goals and realize value using Process Intelligence (Celonis) and Intelligent Automation (UiPath). You will drive measurable business impact across processes, accelerate platform adoption, and blend deep process and industry expertise with a keen interest in analytics and change management.
Your responsibilities- Translate strategic objectives into high-impact use cases in areas such as Procurement, Category Analytics, and Master Data.
- Lead workshops and use Celonis/UIPath to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Bridge the gap between the central CoE and operational units.
- Use data to derive root causes and quantify business impacts.
- Build business cases and ROI calculations, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Formulate solutions and improvement actions.
- Execute improvement initiatives and change management efforts.
- Present results to senior stakeholders.
- Support governance and operating models for platform-led innovations across the organization.
- 10+ years in digital transformation, automation of P2P or O2C processes, consulting, or process improvement.
- Experience leading automation projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP P2P modules and SCM processes.
- Bachelor's degree in computers, business, or engineering.
