About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Transformational IT Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT & Digital department, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of innovative IT & D solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business
  • Collaborating with architects, managers, and engineers to integrate business requirements with technical possibilities
  • Selecting the most suitable technologies and tools to craft solutions that are both effective and user-friendly
  • Owning the lifecycle of solutions, ensuring they remain scalable, secure, and maintainable
  • Measuring solution success using precise metrics and driving continuous improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in full-stack solution design and agile development practices
  • A proven track record of leading substantial IT & D projects, showcasing leadership and management capabilities
  • Excellent collaborative skills, with experience working across disciplines in a fast-paced environment
  • A solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a passion for creating user-centric experiences
