
Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing outbound campaigns, and qualifying leads to support our business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, CrunchBase, Upwork, Fiver, etc.
- Generate qualified leads through cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Create personalized outreach messages and maintain consistent communication with leads.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for better results.
- Maintain accurate reports on lead conversion and engagement metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of proven experience in lead generation or outbound sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B outreach or IT services is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of sales funnels and automation tools.
