Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Management Trainee for Corporate Sales to join our team and contribute to our organization's growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a candidate who is proactive, results-driven, and possesses a keen interest in corporate sales.The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior sales executives to learn about our products/services, target market, and sales strategies. They will assist in developing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets effectively. This role offers valuable training and mentorship opportunities to develop your career in corporate sales and contribute to our organization's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Train under an experienced manager to learn management skills.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying prospective clients and generating leads.
  • Accompany senior team members on client visits or meetings to observe client interactions and negotiations.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Aid in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration from a reputable business school
  • Prior experience or internships in sales is preferable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication, analytical and management skills
