We are hiring for a well-established, large-scale hospitality and leisure destination—one of South Asia's most expansive integrated resorts. With a long-standing reputation for excellence, the resort offers a wide range of premium services including recreational facilities, corporate event hosting, and membership-based experiences. This role offers the opportunity to represent a landmark destination to some of Pakistan's most prominent companies and institutions, positioning high-value experiences and long-term business offerings.

Role Overview:

The Corporate Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential corporate clients, scheduling high-quality meetings, and supporting the overall sales process to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective corporate clients.
  • Present and pitch tailored hospitality and leisure solutions to businesses.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales or business development personnel.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to build engagement and ensure pipeline momentum.
  • Record outreach activity and maintain lead status updates on sheets.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach, meeting setups and lead conversions.
  • Assists in post-meeting follow-ups including proposals and client communication.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business. Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, or corporate business development—ideally in hospitality, real estate, or events.
  • Evidence of previous sales performance (e.g., target achieved, client acquired) is required.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills.

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 70,000
