Crypto Community Manager Job Summary:

We seek a talented Community Manager to join our team. If you are tech-savvy, experienced in social media, PR, and promotional events, we want to meet you. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and can develop engaging content. You should be a 'people person' with strong customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations. Ultimately, you will represent our brand and manage all community communications.

Responsibilities:

• Implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies
• Create engaging text, images, and videos for social media
• Respond to comments and customer queries promptly
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Organize and participate in events to build community and brand awareness
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams for brand consistency
• Collaborate with Development and Sales departments on new products and features
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists
• Stay updated on digital technology trends

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Community Manager
• Knowledge or experience in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is advantageous
• Proven experience in community management and launching initiatives
• Ability to track relevant community metrics
• Hands-on social media management experience for brands
• Ability to interpret website traffic and engagement metrics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Outlook 365 and Teams
• Excellent writing skills

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
