Role Description

We are an eCommerce business seeking a skilled and motivated E-commerce Business Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing all phases of an eCommerce operation, including supplier relationship building, product sourcing, marketplace management, and online listing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and suppliers to source high-quality, marketable products.
Conduct thorough product research and competitive analysis to identify trending and profitable items.
Evaluate product viability by performing margin calculations, cost analysis, and market demand assessment.
Manage product listings on our company website and multiple online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
Optimize product listings and website content to improve visibility, conversion rates, and SEO performance.
Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
Use eCommerce tools and platforms effectively for inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales reporting.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to coordinate promotions, inventory replenishment, and customer feedback analysis.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the eCommerce and online retail space.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in eCommerce business management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
Experience with product sourcing, vendor negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Ability to perform detailed market research, competitor analysis, and financial margin calculations.
Proficient in listing optimization, SEO, and online store management.
Familiarity with eCommerce tools such as inventory management software, analytics platforms, and pricing tools.
Excellent internet research skills and ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
