At AMT Electric Pvt Ltd, a leading electrical supply company representing top global brands, the Sales Executive / Sales Engineer plays a critical role in driving business growth through solution-based selling and strong customer engagement.
This position requires a proactive individual who can identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and services. Timely and consistent recovery follow-ups are also an essential part of the role.
To succeed, the candidate must combine technical knowledge of electrical products with strong sales and communication skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment is key to delivering results and building long-term client relationships.

- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with technical and supply chain teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Business with a technical aptitude.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in B2B industrial or electrical sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of control panels, switchgear, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with technical drawings and BOQ interpretation.
- Existing client network in industrial or commercial sectors.
- Work with premium global electrical brands like ABB & Phoenix.
- Exposure to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
