Are you passionate about academic publishing and managing high-impact research publications? Right Way Publishers is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Publication Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a leading name in academic publishing, we specialize in facilitating Scopus, Web of Science, and ISI-indexed publications for researchers across the globe. We are looking for someone who can independently manage submissions, coordinate with editorial boards, and expedite the publishing process for our authors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end submission of research manuscripts across selected journals.
  • Coordinate closely with authors, reviewers, and Editorial Board Members to ensure timely processing of manuscripts.
  • Track the progress of submissions and follow up with journals to expedite peer-review and acceptance timelines.
  • Ensure all documents are formatted according to the target journal's Aims & Scope and guidelines.
  • Draft or review cover letters, responses to reviewers, and submission materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of submission timelines, communications, and revision cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Editorial, Quality Assurance, Client Relations) to deliver a seamless experience to authors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Publishing, Communications, English, or a scientific discipline).
  • Prior experience in academic publishing, journal submission, or research support services is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Scopus/Web of Science/ISI indexed journals and submission portals.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of academic integrity and ethical publishing standards.
