We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Chat Support Specialist for a full-time on-site position in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time customer support via chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live chat professionally and promptly.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving their concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and effective service.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.

- Location: Judicial Colony Phase 1, Lahore
- Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
