About the Role:

At Cryptonauticx.com, we are on a mission to empower retail traders through high-quality forex and crypto education, signal services, and personalized consultancy. As a Business Development Officer (BDO), you'll be a key player in scaling our client base and forging meaningful partnerships in the trading space.

Success in this role means consistently generating qualified leads, converting interest into enrollments or consultations, and nurturing long-term client relationships that contribute to the growth of Cryptonauticx as a leading name in financial education and services.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup culture, understands digital financial markets, and wants to shape the growth strategy of a disruptive fintech brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, reach out to, and qualify potential clients, students, and partners across social platforms and networks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Cryptonauticx's offerings (e.g., courses, signal groups, one-on-one training) to clearly communicate value to prospects.
  • Plan and execute targeted outreach strategies to onboard traders and learners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns and promotions.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide feedback to improve conversion funnels and services.
  • Build long-term relationships with key partners and communities within the forex and crypto space.
  • Stay updated with financial market trends to align outreach with current interests and demands.
Qualifications:
  • Strong interest in crypto, forex, or financial markets (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and Instagram for outreach and engagement.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
