Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Specialist

NO REMOTE WORK

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Assistant Manager or Manager of HR

Location: DHA Phases 4 & 5 Lahore

Employment Type: Full Time Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7pm

Salary Range: Based on Experience, testing and performance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR department, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR process improvement. The HR Specialist will ensure that human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain job descriptions and recruitment documentation.
Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts in a confidential and professional manner.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance and Record Keeping
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems and personnel files.
  • Assist in audits, reporting, and other compliance-related activities.
  • Payroll data and calculating pay of each employee including commission

Benefits Administration
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and assist with open enrollment processes.
Performance Management and Training
  • Assist in coordinating performance review processes and documentation.
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs and professional development initiatives.

HR Reporting and Analytics
  • Generate and analyze HR data and reports to support decision-making.
  • Track HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • HR certification is a plus.
Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a generalist or specialist capacity.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) and applicant tracking systems.
