Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist located in Lahore. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for marketing analytics, communication, lead generation, marketing automation, and using email marketing software to drive successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, and seasonal events.
  • Segment and manage email lists to target customers effectively based on behavior, preferences, and purchase history.
  • Develop engaging copy and visual assets (in collaboration with the design team) to improve open and click-through rates.
  • A/B test subject lines, email content, and sending times to optimize performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights and reports.
  • Ensure all emails are mobile-optimized and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the product, design, and customer support teams to align messaging and drive business goals.
  • Manage automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.).
  • Maintain compliance with email marketing laws and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • knows about Data Scraping and data gathering techniques and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, SaleForce, Omnisend).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
  • Certifications from HubSpot or Google, in Google Analytics, Excel, and A/B testing tools.
  • Solid understanding of customer journey and lifecycle email strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SMS marketing integration.
  • Understanding of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
