We are seeking an Email Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team and help drive app downloads through innovative and impactful email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive app downloads and user engagement.
  2. Use compelling email copy and visually appealing templates that align with our brand messaging.
  3. A/B test email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Platform Management:

  1. Utilize tools like Instantly.ai, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to build and manage email campaigns.
  2. Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and relevant communication.

Technical Setup & Management:

  1. Set up and manage DNS records for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to ensure email deliverability and security.
  2. Create and manage email boxes, ensuring proper integration and accessibility.

Analytics & Reporting:

  1. Monitor email performance metrics and provide regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
  2. Identify trends and insights to improve campaign performance and optimize email strategies.
  3. Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  4. Coordinate with app development teams to track downloads and ensure seamless user experience.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in email marketing, with expertise in Instantly.ai, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
  2. Strong understanding of DNS record setup for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  3. Proficiency in creating and managing email boxes.
  4. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  7. Experience with mobile app marketing is a plus.
