EWS is seeking an Email Marketing Manager with minimum 5 years of experience to initiate, manage and optimize our email marketing efforts. Its a Lahore based job in hybrid mode where minimum 3 days work from office is must. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in scheduling email campaigns, managing email calendars, handling email delivery challenges (bounces, reply rates), and ensuring high engagement and deliverability rates. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent), strategic planning skills, and hands-on experience in running data-driven email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Email Campaign Management:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Sales Cloud or equivalent.
  • Oversee the email calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Segment and personalize campaigns to target specific audience groups for higher engagement.
  • Generate qualified MQLs (leads)

2) Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Track campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and reply rates.
  • Identify delivery issues, manage soft/hard bounces, and troubleshoot email deliverability challenges.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and send times for improved response rates.

3) Database & List Management:
  • Create Data lists through different tools and Scrapping tools.
  • Maintain and clean email lists to ensure database accuracy and health.
  • Manage unsubscribes and compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the sales and data teams to enhance lead nurturing and pipeline contribution.

4) Reporting & Insights:
  • Generate detailed reports to track campaign success and present actionable insights to the team.
  • Analyse reply rates and other engagement metrics to refine campaign strategies.

5) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to create high-performing email campaigns.
  • Align email marketing activities with broader sales and marketing objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (or a similar platform).

Strong understanding of:
  • Email scheduling and automation.
  • Managing bounces, deliverability issues, and email reply rates.
  • Email calendar management and workflow optimization.
  • Proficiency in analysing campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rates, bounce rates, etc.).
  • Knowledge of email segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization techniques.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or similar.
  • Experience working with tools like HubSpot, MailChimp, or Apollo.io.
  • Background in lead generation, nurturing, and B2B email marketing campaigns
