We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Assistant with 2 years of experience to support our HR department in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will assist the recruitment team in coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Prepare recruitment-related documents such as offer letters and onboarding packs
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives (e.g., career fairs, social media campaigns)
  • Maintain recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or Zoho Recruit)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and equal employment regulations
