We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant with 1 year of experience to support our sales team and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will assist in sales operations, customer service, and product promotion while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide excellent in-store or over-the-phone assistance
  • Support sales team with product presentation and promotional activities
  • Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
  • Support the team in order processing, invoicing, and follow-up
  • Provide input on customer feedback and buying trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
  • Team collaboration and problem-solving
  • Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours if needed
