SDR / Appointment Setter
The Appointment Setter is responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to Proveloper's services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team to close deals. This role is crucial to generating new business opportunities and supporting our sales team by ensuring they have a pipeline of qualified leads to work with.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiated outbound calls and emails to potential clients, introduced Provelopers' services, and booked appointments for the sales team.
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls daily, with the goal of setting appointments for sales presentations.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's ideal client profile before passing them to the Sales Closer.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to confirm attendance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions, appointments scheduled, and client feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Closer team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on client needs.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of appointments set and the quality of leads passed to the sales team.
- Continuously follow up with prospects who are undecided or unresponsive to convert them into scheduled appointments.
- Keep up-to-date with company services and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of Provelopers to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in an appointment-setting, telemarketing, or similar outbound sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling client rejections in a positive manner.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ability to log activity and track leads effectively.
- A team player who is eager to support the sales process and contribute to overall company success.
