
Inbound Sales Rep

We are hiring an Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team and support one of our clients. This role requires strong process discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to qualify and route inbound leads effectively across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
- Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
- Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
- Consistently deliver an average of 2+ qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet established targets.
Role Details
- Regions Covered: UK, Ireland, DACH, and APAC (APAC primarily email-based outreach)
- Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM 5 PM UK Time (Subject to a little variation)
- Compensation: Base salary + commission tied to qualified meetings booked and occurred.
