Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a highly technical leadership role responsible for delivering large-scale software development projects. As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise-grade software systems using Node.js.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5 to 8 developers to achieve project goals by prioritizing tasks, providing guidance, and removing obstacles.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to define software requirements for programming efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective definition, design, and implementation of software systems, promoting communication and collaboration.
  • Evaluate the scalability, availability, and security of software applications through close collaboration with developers, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Test Engineering to create repeatable functional and performance tests, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • Drive innovation and solve complex technical problems through hands-on coding, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field, demonstrating a strong foundation in software development.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of total experience in web technologies, with a focus on full-stack development and a proven track record of success.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience with modern full-stack development in Node.js backend applications, showcasing expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and RESTful web services.
  • Suitable experience as a team lead, having successfully led teams and demonstrated technical leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML5/CSS5/JavaScript (Angular JS) and other relevant technologies, ensuring adaptability and flexibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to build complete systems independently without extensive oversight, showcasing autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently on multiple tasks, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices, particularly Agile/iterative development processes, ensuring seamless integration with team workflows.
