Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions and AI agents based on project needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into existing systems or new products.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and technologies to continuously improve solution efficiency and accuracy.
  • Engage with clients to understand project requirements and propose tailored AI-based solutions.
  • Lead client presentations, demonstrations, and discussions to communicate the value of AI implementations.
  • Independently manage client relationships, ensuring timely updates, support, and issue resolution.
  • Own the sales closure process by translating technical solutions into clear business value for clients.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members in AI development.
  • Document processes, models, and system updates for internal use and client transparency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in AI automation and agent development.
  • Proven expertise in building, deploying, and optimizing AI agents and automation workflows.
  • Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent tools (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT).
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier or custom Python workflows.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to directly engage with clients.
  • Ability to independently manage client relationships and close deals.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead end-to-end project execution.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies.
