Responsibilities
- Generate business through online portals i.e. Upwork to drive sales and expand our client base.
- Craft and submit compelling proposals for projects.
- Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Meet and exceed the assigned sales target through effective pitching and negotiation.
- Collaborate with the Technical team to strategize B2B sales initiatives.
- Report and follow up with clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Upwork platform and other freelancing platforms is preferred.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the software industry.
