Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing digital assets to meet international quality standards

Strong background in developing Quality Assurance processes and metrics

Strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and approaches including:

Regression testing

Load & Stress Testing

Pre and Post-Production Deployment Testing

Integration Testing

Non-Functional testing.

Automation Tools

Security Testing & Audits.

Hand-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

Strong background in system design, architecture and requirement analysis.

Strong background in User Interface, User Experience and Prototyping.

Have In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and testing in Sprints.

Take initiative to learn new things, and grow with the team.

Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Highly professional verbal and written English skills.

Job Specification

The Candidate Must have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a similar discipline.

Minimum 5+ years' experience in Software Quality Assurance for Enterprise Grade Software.

Minimum 2+ years' experience in system design and architecture.

Technical background with hands-on programming and databases experience.

Demonstrable portfolio of documentation work including test cases, software requirements specification documents, user guides etc.

Hands on Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skillset & Experience

Understanding of SQL and should have experience in writing SQL queries.

Enterprise grade software products testing background.

Prior Experience with Git and SVN subversion.

Prior Experience JIRA & Confluence or similar tools.

Prior Experience with load time performance optimisation and security testing processes.

Prior experience in telecom industry.

Prior knowledge of Testing REST API's & integrations particularly:

Microsoft Azure and Graph API's

Single Sign-on Systems

ServiceNow Applications

MDM Platforms, Air Watch & Intune

Snap Engage
