Overview

Export Executive - On-site role in Karachi for Muhammad Shafi Tanneries Private Limited. The Export Executive will manage export documentation, coordinate international shipments, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and maintain relationships with international clients.

Responsibilities
  • Independently handle end-to-end air/sea export shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and final dispatch.
  • Oversee and manage export operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
  • Maintain and update daily status reports on export shipments (tracking and tracing).
  • Communicate with clients, provide shipment status updates, and resolve arising issues.
  • Review and respond to filings on the customs portal, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain export-related documentation (invoices, bills of lading, customs forms, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, laws, and procedures; stay updated on changes.
  • Experience in handling customs affairs, bank affairs, duty calculation, and export costing.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end movement of goods via air export from order receipt through pickup, transit, and final delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field from a reputable institute.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export operations.
  • Ability to prepare, review, and maintain export-related documents with accurate billing and regulatory compliance.
