We are looking for an Assistant Manager Human Resources (Male) to join our office in GIGA MALL ISLAMABAD. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including coordinating activities, managing correspondence, and supporting the team with HR-related tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and refine job descriptions
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract high-quality candidates
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles
  • Conduct reference checks and extend offers to selected candidates
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, payrolls, leaves, and salary, etc.)
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job vacancies, and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Create and publish job ads on various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Post jobs on social accounts (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates from the pool
  • Maintain candidate data in the official database
  • Coordinate interviews and work closely with the recruitment specialist in conducting interviews
  • Maintain the database of existing and new employees

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
  • BBA/MBA with specialization in HR
  • Experience in HR functions, especially recruitment and onboarding
  • Proficient in MS Office & Outlook
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making attitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
