About the Client: Our client is a digital marketing agency in the USA working with local business owners to help grow their businesses through digital marketing platforms. They are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to lead all their SEO efforts.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Manager to oversee the SEO department and manage multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker capable of developing innovative SEO strategies, testing new approaches, and optimizing team performance to achieve outstanding results. You will build upon proven strategies, leveraging data from successful campaigns.

Requirements: Background in a digital marketing agency is required; experience in the home services niche is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead SEO strategies, focusing on Local SEO to enhance search visibility for multi-location businesses.
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles, ensuring accurate and engaging information for all locations.
  • Build and maintain local citations across relevant directories, ensuring NAP data consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
  • Create and optimize localized content, including landing pages and service descriptions, to drive local traffic.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor services accordingly.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance performance.
  • Work with marketing teams to integrate SEO with broader marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on Local SEO trends and algorithm changes to proactively adjust strategies.
Candidate Profile:
  • 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • 3+ years managing SEO teams.
  • Expertise in Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile management.
  • Leadership experience in guiding SEO teams.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and local SEO tools.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Position: Senior SEO Manager

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST

Salary: USD 1800 to USD 2200 per month
