We are seeking a skilled and motivated Paid Ads Manager in Pakistan to join our Canadian company on a remote basis. This position requires working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, which will be night shift in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and referrals to drive additional revenue.
  2. Develop and execute Paid Ads campaigns to drive more revenue for clients.
  3. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, provide recommendations, and deliver clear, actionable reports.
  4. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis, optimize ad copy, landing pages, audience targeting, tests and more to improve ROI.
  5. Manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  6. Strategize and execute compelling social media marketing campaigns across different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  7. Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for social media channels that aligns with the client needs and resonates with their target audience.
  8. Adapt strategies promptly to changes in platforms and market trends.
  9. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
  10. Collaborate with team members to maximize the impact of digital marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach.
  11. Keep abreast of the latest trends in PPC and social media marketing.
  12. Ensure all digital marketing activities are aligned with the overarching marketing objectives of the clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in PPC and social media ads.
  3. Proven experience with international campaigns.
  4. Strong analytical and project management skills, capable of leading campaigns.
  5. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  6. Demonstrated experience in managing PPC campaigns with large budgets.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain regular client communication.
  8. Versatility in adapting marketing strategies to various client industries.
  9. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
