We're expanding in the United States and seek an experienced and entrepreneurial Co-Founder & Sales Director to lead and grow our sales and partnerships in this key market.

Role Overview

As the Co-Founder & Sales Director – USA, you will drive sales efforts in the US, opening new revenue channels, securing high-value clients, and establishing our presence. You'll work independently, supported by a technical team, and earn equity along with commission on deals.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join as a Co-Founder and build the US arm of a technically capable company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Market Development
  2. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on US-based SMEs, enterprises, and startups.
  3. Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and referrals.
  4. Identify and engage decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Heads of Product, Procurement Leads).
  1. Deal Closing & Account Management
  2. Pitch tailored software solutions including custom development, web/mobile apps, SaaS platforms, BI dashboards, and more.
  3. Prepare proposals, conduct demos, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  4. Serve as the key relationship manager for US clients post-sale.
  1. Partnership Building
  2. Forge strategic partnerships with consulting firms, agencies, or independent contractors that can generate business leads.
  3. Explore long-term collaboration opportunities with regional tech firms and resellers.
  1. Leadership & Growth
  2. Act as the face of the company in the US.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
  4. Recruit and lead a small US sales team as revenue grows (long term).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in B2B software sales or IT services.
  • Proven record of closing deals and building revenue pipelines in the US.
  • Deep understanding of US tech services landscape and customer expectations.
  • Strong network of potential clients or partners in the region.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience with offshore teams is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, self-driven, comfortable with risk.
