Job Title: AI Product Lead

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy of our Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This is a key role based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad, with required flexibility to travel to the UAE for short-term client engagements.

About the Role:

  • This position requires a strong background in product development, experience working with engineering and data science teams, and a proven track record of launching successful AI-driven products across web or enterprise platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in GenAI tools and platforms, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, etc., as well as experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI-powered solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather, prioritize, and define clear product requirements.

  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless development and delivery of GenAI features.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience, including hands-on product management of GenAI or AI/ML-powered solutions.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
