About the Role
  • Develop and execute a rider compliance strategy tailored for the Pakistan market, aligning with business goals.
  • Create and enforce rules to minimize fraud and cancellation-related costs while maintaining service standards.
  • Analyze data to identify high-risk behaviors, fraudulent activities, and cash loss trends, informing compliance-focused strategies.
  • Design automated alerts and dashboards to monitor rider performance, compliance breaches, and operational anomalies.
  • Align operational processes with cost reduction and service improvement goals, creating scalable solutions backed by data analysis.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail, proactivity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
