Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing human resources support and services. The role involves coordinating the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews and administering pre-employment testing.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating job postings with various online platforms, preparing correspondence such as offer letters and interview schedules, and maintaining personnel files.

In addition to these tasks, the Human Resources Business Partner will conduct new employee orientations, analyze turnover and retention costs, and prepare statistical reports. They will also lead training programs and manage rewards and merit increments.
