Human Resources Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources Strategist to drive recruitment initiatives, manage compensation programs, and foster positive employee relations in Karachi Division, Sindh, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for mid to senior-level roles.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
    • Maintain and expand candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and internal referrals.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Conduct investigations and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Compliance and Labor Law:
    • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations in Pakistan.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and advise management on implications of changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, with strong focus in recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR regulatory compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in English.
