Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to manage our online store built on the Shopify platform. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Add new products to the store, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor product availability, and update stock as needed.
  • Implement effective categorization and tagging for products.
  • Continuously optimize the website for performance, user experience, and search engine visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Create and manage promotions, discounts, and special offers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Utilize Shopify analytics and reporting tools to track key performance metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on sales, website traffic, and other relevant KPIs.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience as an e-commerce professional or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, online retail, and Shopify platform features.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
