Job Description

We seek a seasoned IT leader to drive strategic growth and optimize operational efficiency. This key role is instrumental in enhancing organizational agility, driving IT infrastructure improvements, and ensuring seamless support.

  • Lead and continuously improve IT operations and support functions across offices.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to make strategic recommendations and implement changes to IT infrastructure and software systems.
  • Ensure all IT systems and support functions are optimized for maximum efficiency, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities
  • Frameworks and Compliance:
    • Implement and maintain industry standards, focusing on compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational needs.
    • Establish best practices in IT operations to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify, document, and optimize existing processes, addressing operational gaps and ensuring adherence to IT protocols.
    • Map IT processes and establish parameters to monitor performance and enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead large-scale IT projects, including system rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Development and Leadership:
    • Build, manage, and optimize the IT Operations & Support team, assessing resource needs and providing mentorship.
    • Foster a collaborative work culture, aligning team members with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, communicating IT initiatives clearly.
    • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on IT projects and operational metrics.
  • Strategic Reporting and Documentation:
    • Develop comprehensive documentation for IT processes, project plans, and operational metrics.
    • Provide detailed reports and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background:
    • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in IT or related disciplines.
    • Preferred: Master's degree or advanced certifications.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar capacity.
    • 10+ years of experience in IT roles with 3-4 years in senior/managerial capacity.
  • Technical and Personal Skills:
    • Strong expertise in compliance standards.
    • Proven experience leading IT operations and support initiatives.
    • Exceptional project management skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Scope of Role:
    • Manage and revamp IT operations and support functions.
  • Reporting Structure:
    • Reports to the head office and CTO.
  • Team Building:
    • Assess resource needs and build out the IT Operations & Support team as needed.
  • Work Schedule:
    • Night shift to align with U.S. operational hours.

    • Assess and optimize the scope of the IT Operations & Support team.
  • Ownership and Initiative:
