Job Summary

This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end mobile account acquisition plan, ensuring channel efficiency and sustainability. It also entails expanding the distribution footprint for current and newly introduced financial services products and services.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement comprehensive mobile account acquisition plans to enhance channel efficiency and sustainability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the distribution network for existing and new financial services products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide planning direction, insights, and analytics at the regional and belt levels to drive sales and distribution functions.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and addressing distribution gaps at the cluster and regional levels.
  • Planning and implementing MA acquisition expansion plans for each product line.
  • Ensuring seamless operations across various channels to achieve business and distribution KPIs.
  • Establishing robust channel-centric processes for product availability issue resolution, escalation, and communication.
  • Introducing digital-based tools and solutions to improve productivity and enhance product performance for retail and channel partners.

Collaborate with Regional/Circle POCs to identify enablers in systems, processes, and technology to ensure smooth operations and achievement of business and distribution KPIs.

">Requirements

  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in roles with sales planning and channel/operations, preferably in a channel planning role in telecom or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to convert numbers into actionable insights and decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, database tools, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiatives and execute plans through internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of data science is a plus and will be preferred with display of data modeling.
