Job Title: Assistant Manager FS Planning

This role will have a significant impact on the Financial Services business at Telenor Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end Mobile Account acquisition plans, ensuring efficient and sustainable distribution footprints for current and newly inducted financial services products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute mobile account acquisition plans to ensure efficient and sustainable distribution channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand distribution channels for financial services products and services.
  • Work closely with regional and circle teams to provide planning and direction, insights, and manage external stakeholders such as Telenor Bank.
What You'll Achieve
  • Strong understanding of telecom and branchless banking market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful decisions from data and fact-based information.
  • Good relationship management skills and strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to take initiatives and ensure thorough execution of plans through internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Masters/Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in sales planning and channel/operations, preferably in a channel planning role in telecom or FMCG sector.
  • Knowledge of data science is a plus and will be preferred with display of data modeling.
