Media Content Creator & Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Media & Marketing Manager to join our team and amplify our brand's digital presence. This role is responsible for developing and executing our digital media strategy, focusing on brand building, e-commerce growth, and community engagement.

Digital Media Strategy & Execution
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Redditt, etc.). Create and curate engaging content that reflects our brand aesthetic and resonates with our target audience. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual and written content, including photos, videos, blog posts, and captions. Collaborate with designers and photographers to create compelling visual assets. Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content.
  • Digital Marketing & E-commerce: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our e-commerce platform. Analyze e-commerce data and optimize strategies to increase sales and conversions. Work with retail partners to help drive retail sales.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify and build relationships with relevant streetwear influencers. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to expand our reach. Maintain relationships with retail outlets, and online retail partners.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns. Generate regular reports on social media engagement, website traffic, and sales data. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in streetwear, fashion, and digital marketing. Identify emerging trends and adapt our media strategies accordingly.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital media management, preferably within the streetwear or fashion industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing and visual design, photography and videography
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing and online advertising.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PASSION FOR STREETWEAR AND A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF OUR BRAND AESTHETIC.
