Job Title: Lead Pricing Estimator

Location: Lahore | Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Role: We seek a full-time, on-site Lead Pricing Estimator to join our Estimation Team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will support pre-construction efforts by preparing accurate and timely pricing estimates for U.S.-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Prepare cost estimates for construction and pre-construction projects (focused on U.S. market)
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and pricing
  • Collaborate with estimators, engineers, and project managers for cost validations
  • Utilize pricing tools and estimation software to ensure accurate calculations
  • Maintain updated cost databases and industry pricing trends
  • Provide detailed breakdowns and justifications of pricing for client review

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pricing or cost estimation
  • Familiarity with construction industry practices (preferably U.S. standards)
  • Proficiency in estimation software such as RS Means, Plan swift, Bluebeam, or CostWorks
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project) is a plus
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
