Social Media Specialist / Graphic Designer

As a visionary leader in the digital landscape, we are seeking an exceptional Digital Media Strategist to spearhead our social media presence.

About the Role:

  1. Create and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy that fosters brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Develop and manage the creation of captivating digital content across various social media platforms.
  3. Analyze campaign success and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital best practices and emerging technologies.
  5. Utilize cutting-edge tools such as Buffer to enhance online presence.
  6. Promote brand awareness through industry conferences and corporate client meetings.
  7. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to craft compelling and visually appealing content.
  8. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure aligned goals and objectives.
  9. Maintain and improve SEO and user engagement metrics.
  10. Nurture relationships with industry professionals and influencers through social media.
  11. Provide constructive feedback to team members.
Key Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Google Ads, AdWords, WordPress, social media marketing, graphic design, and Adobe Photoshop.
  2. Experience as a Digital Media Strategist or similar role is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of the role of social media in brand awareness and impressions.
  4. Expertise in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, Google campaigns, AdWords, and other digital media best practices.
  5. Understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics.
  6. Experience conducting audience and buyer persona research.
  7. Familiarity with digital media KPIs.
  8. Knowledge of web design and publishing principles.
  9. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  11. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
