Social Media Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Strategist to manage our social media presence, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
  2. Campaign Development: Develop and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase our online presence.
  3. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies into our overall marketing plan.
  5. Business Development: Research and identify potential business partners and clients, and pitch our products or services to them.
  6. Proposal Development: Assist with the development of business proposals and presentations.
  7. Industry Events: Attend industry events and networking functions to cultivate relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in social media management and business development.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
