Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to provide technical support and training for our software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting user issues, recommending product enhancements, and contributing to quality control and bug testing of new releases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing phone and email support to troubleshoot user issues
  • Researching projects and supporting product development through research and documentation
  • Updating knowledgebase cases and release notes

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in computer science or engineering, or a library diploma/MLIS with relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills and be a people person with good phone and email manners
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
  • High typing speed
  • Problem-solving skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
