Job Overview

The Technical Documentation Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation to support the development team and community.

They will write guides, FAQs, and other documentation to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive documentation strategy to match the rapid development pace of the team.
  • Write and improve documentation, guides, FAQs, and examples to enhance the user experience.
  • Stay aware of questions and issues faced by the community and improve the documentation to provide better support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Node.js development with a focus on clean and efficient code.
  • 1+ years of experience in writing technical documentation with a passion for quality content.
  • Experience with Git and Markdown is essential for effective collaboration.
  • A strong understanding of open source technologies and their applications is highly desirable.
