Human Resources Talent Acquisition Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts for mid-to-senior level roles across non-technical functions. As a Human Resources Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with high-potential talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and role requirements.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across non-technical functions.
- Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with high-potential talent.
- Drive inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments aligned with role expectations.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and interview strategies.
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on non-technical roles.
- Proven track record in strategic hiring and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
