Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Professional

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Human Resources professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a human resources system that meets the information needs of top management. This includes writing and delivering presentations to senior leaders, conducting and presenting retention rate analysis, and evaluating the organization's HR policies in line with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding linguistic abilities, and experience in payroll and recruitment. They will also possess the ability to build strong relationships with team leads and provide guidance on employee relations issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions. You will also plan and conduct new employee orientation programs to foster a positive attitude toward company goals.

Additionally, you will maintain records of benefits plans participation, personnel transactions, and employee statistics for government reporting purposes. You will also coordinate management training programs in areas such as interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding linguistic abilities
  • Experience in payroll and recruitment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team leads
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
