Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is responsible for managing the staff recruitment process to ensure a seamless and efficient procedure for hiring staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for preparing notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions, scheduling and organizing interviews, and conducting reference checks on potential candidates.

  • Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates to fill vacant positions.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks on all applicants to verify their credentials.
Staff Performance and Attendance

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising daily attendance, investigating fluctuations in staff attendance, and recommending solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.

  • Monitor the maintenance of leave records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members who are experiencing performance-related obstacles.
Human Resource Manual

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for commanding and supervising the design and implementation of the Human Resources Manual, including personnel management policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to promote a healthy work environment.
  • Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the community to identify best practices.
Training and Development

The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying training and development opportunities, conducting training needs analysis, and planning and organizing staff training sessions, workshops, and activities.

  • Liaise with external training providers to arrange training programs that meet the needs of staff.
  • Coordinate with consultants to develop training plans that align with business objectives.
