Job Title: Senior Maintenance Strategist

Description:

Mechatronics or Electrical Engineer with 7-8 years of experience is required to develop and revise maintenance schedules after detailed analysis of workshop processes. The chosen candidate will take approval from the Head of Strategic Operations.

This role involves planning and ensuring the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance activities of electrical and mechanical systems after obtaining the necessary approvals.

The ideal candidate will ensure optimal operations of equipment on the floor, conduct daily meetings with the Maintenance Engineer, and give further directions on mechanical activities.

This position requires ensuring quality repair of electrical equipment, implementing the usage of tools for structured management of preventive maintenance activities, and reviewing all documents received from designers/consultants/service engineers.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for generating a detailed modification plan to get it approved by the Head of Strategic Operations for execution.

Key responsibilities include ensuring that staff uses Personal Protective Equipment properly, conducting quarterly meetings for setting, reviewing, and revising performance standards and KRAs of direct reportees.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Develop or revise maintenance schedules based on workshop process analysis.
  2. Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical systems.
  3. Ensure optimal equipment operation and coordination with team members.
  4. Conduct regular meetings with Maintenance Engineer and provide guidance on mechanical activities.
  5. Review documents from designers/consultants/service engineers and generate a modification plan.
  6. Manage and maintain records for quality repair of electrical equipment.
