Job Summary:

The role of Financial Controller is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for overseeing the overall financial operations and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory procedures and practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective accounting processes and procedures, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  2. Liaise with external auditors and ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Analyse key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including Expenditure reports, Financial statements, Bank Reconciliation, and Balance Sheets.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of taxation, including both domestic and international tax laws.
