Job Summary:

Lead Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial strategist to join our team. As a Lead Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, developing and implementing financial strategies, and providing key insights to support informed decision-making.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a dynamic team.

  • Review monthly and quarterly tax statements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit payroll taxes in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other support departments on financial matters to ensure seamless communication.
  • Review daily accounting transactions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform general accounting and purchase ledger tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Update bank records and all bank accounts daily to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Monitor bank transactions to detect any discrepancies or suspicious activity.

Requirements:

  • Preferably an MBA (Finance) or ACCA degree, along with related academic qualifications.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology firm.
  • Experience in taxation-related matters, including corporate tax, withholding tax filing, sales tax, and income tax.
  • Experience in petty cash handling, petty cash vouching, and verification, as well as monthly and biweekly invoicing.
  • Coordination with tax advisors for compliance with tax notices.
  • Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Treasury management, including SECP compliances.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERPs.
  • Provident Fund and Gratuity management.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, preferably from 2 pm to 11 pm.
