  • Student Support and Engagement:
  •     Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and academic growth.
  •     Assist in student advising, mentoring, and academic support.
  • Research and Scholarship:
  •     Engage in scholarly activities aligned with areas such as postcolonial studies, applied linguistics, comparative literature, sociolinguistics, or discourse analysis.
  •     Publish research articles in reputable journals and participate in academic conferences.
